From new construction to tearing-off existing roofs and replacing with new materials, RR Roofing has numerous condo projects under its belt. With new construction, RR Roofing works closely with the general contractor to maintain a schedule, allowing productive use of people and resources. As roof framing is completed, a weatherproof dry-in is applied to keep the project on track.
Working with homeowners associations (HOA) to replace, repair or change the look of a project with as little disruption to owners as possible provides challenges we’ve met with great success. We understand HOA budgets require projects to be completed over a multi-year agreement. Communicating with the HOA and individual homeowners on the plans and progress is a critical component of that success. We know loading equipment and materials may cause inconvenience, but when information is shared the problems are minimized.
